Team Updates, CHARA Run, and Proposals and Papers

It has been a while since I last provided a public update on the teams in which I am involved and even longer since I discuss what I've been up to, so in the next few paragraphs I'll summarize these activities. If you are looking for a team, the MIRA and eps Aur History teams I discuss below can always use more members as they have both have large projects on which assistance will be greatly appreicated.

Revised JAAVSO Submission Deadline

Hello Citizen Skyers,

I would like announce that the submission deadline for the Citizen Sky issue of the Journal of the AAVSO has been revised.

The issue is scheduled for online publication in August, 2012 and print publication on December 15, 2012.  The deadline for submission is May 15, 2012.  If extra time is required, please contact us as soon as possible.  We may be able to extend the deadline a bit on a case by case basis.
