November 5, 2009 - 7:30pm South Plantation Magnet High School Environmental Science class from Fort Lauderdale out for overnight ecology/astronomy event. Chris Stephan will be showing students autumn deep sky objects through Riverwood's 12 inch reflecting telescope. I will teach the students how to find some of the variable stars in the "10 Star Tutorial" from Citizen Sky. Students will be taught how to find the stars and make observations and then record/submit their observations.
