Night Sky from DuPuis Management Area

A public astronomy night will be hosted by the DuPuis Management Area of the South Florida Water Management District on Saturday evening January 16, 2010 from 6:00-9:00PM EST.
Chris Stephan, and AAVSO member and observer will be giving a talk and Power Point presentation on the Winter Night Sky from Florida. Members of the Astronomical Society of the Palm Beaches will have telescopes set up for obsering the night sky. Chris Stephan is the Education Specialist at Riverwoods Field Lab of the Center for Environmental Studies of Florida Atlantic University. Chris will have the 12 inch reflecting telescope from Riverwoods set up.
Chris will be pointing out Epsilon Aurigae and emphasizing Eps Aur in his presentation.
