Hi Fellow Educators,

If you were at the August 2009 Citizen Sky conference in Chicago, or since joined us, have any school teachers, elementary or secondary, used anything about or from CS in your classroom? Or, have you taken your students out with a telescope? I had a star party planned for next month, but have had to take some medical leave, so it has messed up my plans at the classroom end of things.

I'd love to hear how some of you are using anything about this with your students.

I would guess that this is one of the things that the National Science Foundation wants to hear about, too!

I just heard fromDonna Young that the epsilonAurigae activities for the Science Olympiad have been finished and sent off to be mastered on the "Coaches' CD", which you get directly from the Science Olympiad organizers. We'll also try to get them placed online here too.
