Toronto RASC Presentation
An update of last year's presentation of the eclipse was given to the Royal Astroomical Society's Toronto branch on May 16th. The new model was presented, embarassing as it was to be so far off in size and stage of stellar development. The high point of the presentation was of course the video of the eclipse! There were three encores! The same presentation with mild adjustment for the Star Trek frame of mind(Some of the people there think aliens live on the far side of the moon, so questions are often unexpectedly interesting!) will be done at the Polaris 2010 SciFi convention on July 16-18 in Toronto(qv on Google). A few of the Toronto Chapter people are observing Epsilon regularly, although they do it usually via the AAVSO directly.
