VStar software release
The VStar team has been working for months on a software tool that is easy to use and allows you to visualize how the brightness of a star changes over time. The program will download the observations of epsilon Aurigae (or any other star that you choose) and plot a graph of the changes that have been seen by Citizen Sky participants and many other observers. Team leader David Benn has been doing amazing work to develop this computer program and we now have a new release of the software ready for testing. There are some features and improvements that will be made during the coming weeks, but we encourage everyone to download the program and try it out. Visit the VStar Team page to learn more, and feel free to leave a message on the team forum if you have any questions or comments.
