VStar Version 2.7 Release (goodbye "Beta"!)

Another great release of VStar - thank you David! The big news about this release is that logging on is now only required for reporting discrepant observations to the AAVSO and for observer code retrieval when the dataset has been loaded from the AAVSO International Database. This should make it easier for us to share this wonderful program with our friends from the AAVSO and further afield who are not yet part of Citizen Sky (but might be intrigued by it).
