Background/Interesting Fact: I have been a science teacher in Highlands County, Florida for 23 years. I began variable star observing in March 1973 and joined AAVSO in May 1976. My special area of interest are eclipsing binary stars. I observe using my naked-eye, 10X50 binoculars, 25X100 binoculars on a&nbsp;parallelogram mount, a 4.7 inch refractor, a 10 inch reflector, and my main variable star scope, a 14 1/4 inch reflecting telescope.<br /> <br /> I am the administrator of the <strong>20/20 Vision Team</strong>.
